WEBINAR SNAPSHOT: Use this on-demand webinar to learn how to structure your clients’ LLC so that their needs, and the needs of future generations, are met and secure.
An LLC is an entity that combines the feature of limited liability for its owners pursuant to state law, and also provides pass-through tax treatment under federal and state tax laws in that an LLC qualifies as a partnership.
LLCs can prove to be a great instrument for providing what is known as “asset protection” to owners because the LLC’s assets in which the member has an interest are owned by the LLC rather than the member individually. In this sense, asset protection is the timely planning against possible future contingencies.
Based on whether your client has a single member LLC, a Series LLC, or an S-Corp, there are different tax treatments regarding the different entities. In this one-hour webinar, your presenter will cover what you need to be taking into consideration so that you may help your client plan for succession within their company.
