Walter H. Stubbs is a sole practitioner in Gallatin, Tennessee. He is experienced in both civil and criminal trials and appeals, real estate, bankruptcy and general commercial law. In addition to litigation matters, Mr. Stubbs has extensive real estate, banking law, bankruptcy (creditor's rights), probate and general business law experience. He has been an adjunct professor for the paralegal studies program at Volunteer State Community College since 1994. Mr. Stubbs attended Vanderbilt University School of Law in Nashville and Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro. He is a member of the Sumner County Bar Association (president 1996), Tennessee Bar Association, Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Volunteer State Community College Paralegal Studies Advisory Board (president).
