Let us apply the TAM database to your legal question. We can help you find the legal precedent you need in our TAM Database, which includes all summaries that have appeared in Tennessee Attorneys Memo since the publication began in 1976.

Just call and explain your question to our editors. They will frame the search request. And our computer will rapidly search the database, which includes over 68,000 summaries. The database is updated each week, so we can search the latest opinions from the:

• Tennessee Supreme Court,
• Workers’ Compensation Appeals Panels,
• Court of Appeals, and
• Court of Criminal Appeals

We will also search summaries of acts of interest to attorneys from the Tennessee General Assembly. The database also includes summaries of selected opinions from the U.S. Supreme Court, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and federal and state trial courts.

The fee for a computer search is $40. We’ll mail or fax you the printout of the TAM summaries on point.
