Erwin A. Nepomuceno is a partner in the Los Angeles law firm of Manning & Marder, Kass, Ellrod, Ramirez LLP. He focuses his legal practice in the area of Workers’ Compensation defense against accepted and fraudulent claims. He was a member of the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Task Force Against Workers’ Compensation Fraud in 1993.
