Tennessee Attorneys to Receive Crucial Employment Law Update via John Phillips’ Audio Seminar

Event to allow TN attorneys to earn CLE (including ethics) credit from the convenience of their own offices

NASHVILLE, TN, November 18, 2004- -John B. Phillips, Jr., editor of ‘Tennessee Employment Law Letter,’ author of ‘Tennessee Employment Law,’ and an attorney with the law firm of Miller & Martin (Nashville, Chattanooga, Atlanta), will present the 17th annual ‘Current Developments in Tennessee Employment Law’ as an audio seminar for Tennessee attorneys on Tuesday, December 14, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (Eastern).

Because this is an audio seminar, no out-of-office travel is required. Participants simply listen to the seminar via an office speakerphone or telephone.

The audio seminar has been approved by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education for 1.5 general and 1.5 hours of dual credit. Dual credits are hours of CLE that can be used toward either the general requirement or the ethics and professionalism requirement. Only paid registrants for the audio seminar qualify for CLE credit, although all members of a legal staff are welcome to listen to the presentation, for the regular price of $195 (total). The names of registrants will automatically be submitted to the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education for CLE credit.

John B. Phillips, Jr., the author of ‘Tennessee Employment Law,’ has been Editor of the popular monthly newsletter ‘Tennessee Employment Law Letter’ since 1986.
