K. David Waddell, of counsel in the Nashville office, focuses his practice in the area of bankruptcy and creditors' rights. Prior to joining the firm, he served as the Executive Secretary of the Tennessee Regulatory Authority. Mr. Waddell twice held the position of assistant commissioner of the Tennessee Department of Agriculture, where he served as a liaison to the Tennessee General Assembly and the U.S. Congress. Additionally, he served as General Counsel from 1981 to 1986.
