About Your Presenters:

Victoria J. Franklin-Sisson is in private practice in Birmingham, Alabama. Her primary areas of practice include labor and employment law, appellate practice, and litigation. She frequently lectures on all types of law, including employment issues and social media law. Ms. Franklin-Sisson is a member of the Alabama State Bar and the Birmingham Bar Association. She is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Alabama, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Ms. Franklin-Sisson earned her A.B. degree, with honors, from Harvard University and J.D. degree from Duke University.
