25 Tips & Techniques from the Other Side: Estate Planning from an Estate Administration Perspective

Live Webinar: Wednesday, September 12, 2018

10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Central / 11:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m. Eastern

WEBINAR SNAPSHOT: Learn best tips and techniques for successful estate planning and administration in Tennessee from a seasoned attorney

Estate planning involves determining what assets to distribute from an individual's estate upon his or her death or incapacitation—and to whom they should be transferred. Estate administration encompasses making an inventory of assets and satisfying creditor claims. Both processes can prove challenging, but they are interconnected.

Join us on September 12 when Julie Travis Moss, who has twenty years of experience in estate planning and estate administration, will break down the barriers between estate planning and estate administration and illuminate the best tips and techniques.

Attendees will learn how to address issues such as:

  • Drafting your documents for a smooth administration
  • The importance of implementing the estate plan
  • Planning to avoid probate (no Trust needed!)
  • Making good decisions now to avoid conflicts later
