About Your Presenter:
Rick Lyerly graduated from Cumberland School of Law and has been a licensed law practitioner since September 1975. He has been admitted to practice before all Federal District Courts in the State of Alabama, the Circuit Courts of Appeal for the 5th and 11th Circuits, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Since June 1976, after a one-year clerkship with Justice Janie Shores in the Alabama Supreme Court, Mr. Lyerly has been engaged in the active private practice of law in Birmingham.
