Teresa Bullington is the Director of the Benefit Review Program of the Workers’ Compensation Division of the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development. She is one of the original workers’ compensation specialists hired at the commencement of the benefit review program in 1992. She became director of the program in 2000.

Ms. Bullington was licensed to practice law in Tennessee in 1992. She was licensed to practice law in Virginia in 1982 and she is certified as a Rule 31 mediator by the Tennessee Supreme Court. Ms. Bullington received her BA from Wellesley College in 1976 and her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1981.
