Harlan DodsonHarlan Dodson III
of Dodson, Parker & Behm P.C., focuses his practice on work for individuals, corporations, and their businesses -- including general business advice, real estate law, estate planning, and litigation in all courts. He has taught estate planning at the Nashville School of Law for over 20 years.

He is the author of a book on estate planning entitled, Introduction to Estate Planning and Administration in Tennessee, which he updates annually and is a contributing editor of West Publishing Company's Tennessee Practice series.

He is a member of the American, Tennessee, and Nashville Bar Associations, and is a Fellow of the Tennessee Bar Foundation. Mr. Dodson is a former president of the Council of Community Services and Oasis Center, where he has also served as general counsel. He is the 2001 recipient and Honorary Chair of the Unsung Heroes Award from the Council of Community Services. In 2001 he was appointed to the Metropolitan Charter Revision Committee.
