W. Lee Corbett chaired the Condominium Law Revision Subcommittee of the Tennessee Bar Association Real Estate Committee that drafted the Tennessee Condominium Act of 2008.

Lee is licensed and has been admitted to practice in all of the state and federal courts in Tennessee, as well as the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Nashville, Tennessee, and American Bar Associations, and is a member of the committees on Business Law, Taxation, and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law of the American Bar Association, as well as the corresponding committees of the Tennessee Bar Association.

Lee is a past chair of the Tennessee Bar Association's Real Estate Committee and currently serves on it Executive council. Lee is listed in the Commercial Law and Real Estate Law Sections of the Bar Register of Pre-Eminent Lawyers.
