Two cars collide at an intersection, or perhaps a truck overturns. Even the most simple fender-bender can create a myriad of legal issues. Who's at fault? Who has insurance? Is a party uninsured or underinsured?

Learn how to address these issues and how to decide whether to take an automobile accident case by participating in this Tennessee Attorneys Memo audio conference.

In just 90 minutes, your presenter will cover:

  • Negotiation and settlement dos and don'ts
  • Hospital liens and subrogation issues
  • What to do when the uninsured/underinsured carrier won't settle for policy limits
  • Trial considerations
  • How to deal with other interests at play
