From corporations and partnerships to limited liability companies (LLCs) and limited liability partnerships (LLPs), choosing the right business entity in Tennessee has becoming a daunting task.

Learn how to help your clients carefully weigh their options by participating in the all-new audio conference from Tennessee Attorneys Memo, Choosing A Business Entity in Tennessee: Pros & Cons of Corporations, LLCs, and Limited and General Partnerships.

In just 60 minutes, attorney Richard Spore, author of Business Organizations in Tennessee, will help you clarify the complex statutory default rules relating to management and finance for business entities, as well as the varied federal and state laws related to taxation and liability.

We'll also cover:

  • A complete overview of federal and state tax treatment and state law liability of business owners -- the only two factors that really matter when choosing a business entity
  • Avoiding malpractice in counseling clients on choice of a business entity
  • Special Tennessee issues affecting the entity selection decision
  • Choice of entity issues for law firms and other professional practices

Because this is a CD audio seminar you enjoy:

  • Fast, convenient learning without any out-of-office time lost;
  • No travel-related expenses or complications;
  • The perfect affordable way to update yourself rapidly on current laws.
